In addition to creating this lovely little agency, Robin Goodfellow is the current beverage director for the mighty Lavelle night club and owner of Vela both in the heart of King West. He is a founder and former owner/operator of Bar Raval and Prettyugly. Two canadian cocktail giants. He is also former founder and partner of the delicious Harry’s Burgers concept. He has designed many other successful bars in Toronto additionally to his own venues including Paradise Theatre, Osteria Rialto, the Biltmore, Sara, Campechano, El Mocambo, and more. 

Robin has worked all over North America and Europe and has trained with many of the current global leaders in the beverage industry. Aside from flavour creation, he enjoys shifting paradigms, creating efficiency, mentoring newbies, and improving the restaurant/bar industry. He started in hospitality in 2003 as a bartender to help pay for his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto followed by a master’s in Social Theory also at U of T. Many of the best bars in Toronto are filled with staff or run by the many talented people he has trained over the years.
